Can I bring my child to the assembly?
Childcare will be provided to voting members during the assembly.
Can I be Reimbursed for my mileage?
Mileage Reimbursement
Congregations traveling more than 150 miles from the synod assembly site will be reimbursed for mileage for their assembly members.
Reimbursement will be under the following conditions:
a. There is no reimbursement for the first 300 miles traveled.
b. Reimbursement is made at the IRS rate of 14 cents a mile for charitable purposes.
c. Assembly members from the same congregation are expected to car-pool.
d. Claims for mileage reimbursement must be made no later than June 1, 2008.
