Display Space Request Deadline – Friday, April 3rd, 2015
Displays are to provide information, samples of services, resources, or products, and to take orders. Displays may be set up on Friday before the assembly convenes. Those who register will be contacted later with additional details.
To sign up for a display table, fill out the form at https://secure.acceptiva.com/?cst=f6136e. There will be a $45 fee per table. Payment for display tables is accepted by credit card. If you need to pay by check, contact the synod office.
Displays by other than non-profit, church-related agencies, organizations, or institutions require advance clearance through the synod office. Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with priorities given to Oregon Synod congregations, committees, and organizations.
