MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION FOR CONGREGATIONAL MINISTRIES
AND MISSION INTERPRETERS
You are encouraged to attend the assembly by registering on the enclosed forms. Arrangements may be made directly with the Hilton Hotel by calling 1-800-937-6660 by April 24th. Ask for the Oregon Synod room rate. Or you may register online.. After April 24th the block of rooms reserved for the assembly will be released by the hotel to the general public. If you are attending as a lay or clergy voting member from your congregation, your expenses are to be paid by your congregation. Any person in one of the categories listed above, who is NOT serving as a voting member from his or her congregation should register as a visitor and the registration fee will be waived. You may submit a voucher and accompanying receipts for reimbursement of your housing and mileage. Those expenses will be repaid to you from the appropriate synod/committee travel budget. Repayment will be made for housing on a shared room basis. For example, if you share a room with your spouse or a voting member from your congregation, you will be repaid for your half of the room cost only. If paying your own expenses in advance is a financial hardship, please contact the synod office and we will try to make some special arrangements for you. Vouchers will be available in the assembly office for appropriate reimbursement.

SYNOD COUNCIL MEMBERS
Synod Council members are encouraged to attend the assembly by registering on the enclosed forms. Arrangements may be made directly with the Hilton Hotel by calling 1-800-937-6660 by April 24th. Ask for the Oregon Synod room rate. Or you may register online . After April 24th the block of rooms reserved for the assembly will be released by the hotel to the general public. If you are attending as a lay or clergy voting member from your congregation, your expenses are to be paid by your congregation. If you are NOT a voting member from your congregation, but will be registering as a voter because you are a synod council member, your registration fee will be waived. You may submit a voucher and accompanying receipts for reimbursement of your housing and mileage. You are reminded that the council will meet on Thursdayafternoon at Faith Lutheran Church in Junction City at 2:00 pm preceding the assembly and you should indicate your need for Thursday night's housing at the Hilton when making your housing reservations. Your expenses for Thursday night are not the responsibility of your congregation and you may submit that cost for reimbursement. As in the above categories, you will be repaid on a shared room basis only. Vouchers will be available in the assembly office for appropriate reimbursement.

ADDITIONAL CONGREGATIONAL VOTING MEMBERS OF
COLOR OR WHOSE PRIMARY LANGUAGE IS OTHER THAN ENGLISH
Please check the enclosed list to determine how many voting members each congregation may send. Congregations may also send additional voting members who are persons of color or for whom English is a second language. The registration fee of $110.00 will be waived for these voting members. Congregations will still be responsible for room and meal costs.Please register on the enclosed forms.
