Mileage Reimbursement
Congregations more than 150 miles from the synod assembly site will be reimbursed for mileage for their assembly members.

Reimbursement will be under the following conditions:
a. There is no reimbursement for the first 300 miles traveled.
b. Reimbursement is made at the IRS rate of 14 cents a mile for charitable purposes.
c. Assembly members from the same congregation are expected to car-pool.
d. Claims for mileage reimbursement must be made no later than May 31, 2007.

Worship Services
The assembly will begin with Opening Worship at 1:00 PM at the Eugene Hilton Hotel. Friday evening Festival Worship service will be at Central Lutheran Church ( 1857 Potter Street) with Presiding Bishop Mark Hanson preaching and with Bishop Paul Swanson presiding. Sunday morning worship service will be at the Eugene Hilton Hotel.

Ample free parking is available at the hotel.
