Council Training Program

- To help church council members and congregation leaders understand their role and responsibilities in the context of their faith in Jesus Christ and in relationship to the church.
- To teach leadership skills and practical application of these skills
- To share what has worked in other congregations

- Program Format
- 4-6 hour workshop
- scheduled cluster or individual congregation
- designed for church council members, pastors, and congregation leaders
- Content: Congregation planners and synod workshop leaders will select topics to be covered depending on the congregation's need and situation.
